Reports to an Assistant Director and is responsible for visiting high schools and attending college nights in a specified (non-local) geographic territory, as well as the management of a specified recruitment territory. The position is also responsible for planning and implementing various student recruitment activities; conducting presentations to students, parents and guidance counselors; developing recruitment materials; and corresponding with prospective students via letters, telephone calls, e-mail and in-person interviews.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and must be committed to the principles of total quality service. Valid driver’s license required. Non-traditional hours and extensive travel are required of the position. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Hispanic/Latino communities and the ability to communicate in the Spanish language.
