Regional Student Services (Hamilton Campus): Student Services Specialist to provide best-in-class customer service in the areas of Bursar/Cashiers, Financial Aid, and Records and Registration; research student accounts, provide guidance, clarity, and recommend solutions for continued student success.
Require: Bachelor’s degree; ability to serve quickly and accurately; excellent oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of computer systems; ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds. Position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
Desire: Consideration will be given to candidates who have student financial aid or registration or student accounts/billing experience in a higher education setting; knowledge of and experience with Miami University, including institutional and unit policies, procedures, and processes; demonstrated project management and public speaking skills; working knowledge of Gmail, Google documents, and student records software such as Ellucian Banner; experience in a high-volume and high-paced customer service setting.
