Regional Associate Director of Admission Operations is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating Admission operations and systems at Miami University Regionals, the regional system of Miami University, a highly-regarded public university with a national reputation. Working with and reporting to the Regional Director of Admission, this position will serve as a leader of the Regionals’ Admission Office, serving both the Hamilton and Middletown campuses in providing oversight and leadership for distinct Admission operation initiatives, formulating strategies, plans, and goals for Admission operations, systems, and performance; managing admission policies, procedures, and systems performance in contribution to achieve optimum enrollment targets.

Administer the application system, constituent relationship management system with interface systems and enterprise resource planning system from points of inquiry to matriculation; research, understand and leverage existing functionality and future enhancements to ensure maximum effectiveness and utilization within admission operations.  Develop CRM strategies, analyze prospective student data, and recommend strategies to increase prospective student engagement and recruitment efficiency.  Assist the Regional Director of Admission on short and long-term strategic planning, resource allocation, communication, and initiatives to meet the enrollment goals each year.  Recommend, evaluate, and implement Regional Admission policy and practice; review admission applications to ensure policy adherence.  Collaborate with other administrative and academic offices, committees, and individuals in the implementation and oversight of procedures and practices as they relate to admission operations and admission data integrity.  Plan for and analyze system changes, upgrades and testing as well as management of all functional issues to ensure timely resolution; monitor systems integrity, quality control, and interfaces between systems.   Direct the hiring, training, supervision and performance evaluation process for Admission Operations staff.

Require:  Bachelor’s degree; three years of experience in Admission or related area with progressively increasing responsibilities; supervisory experience; extensive experience in systems operations, database management, and process development.  Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and people toward achieving goals on time. Commitment to diversity and inclusion. Ability to travel.  Position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.  Desire:  Master’s degree; five years of experience in Admission or related area; knowledge of and experience working in Technolutions Slate and Banner; two years of supervisory experience.
