Regional Enrollment & Admissions: Regional Director of Transfer Pathways & Partnerships is for creating and administering comprehensive strategic enrollment initiatives to increase enrollment of transfer students, with particular emphasis on increasing majors in the College of Liberal Arts & Applied Science. Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Director of Enrollment Management, the Regional Director will identify and lead transfer strategies to raise the profile of Miami University Regionals, the regional system of Miami University, a highly-regarded public university with a national reputation. Serving as a member of the Regional Enrollment Management Leadership Team, the Director will oversee the Transfer Pathways & Partnerships Offices on both the Hamilton and Middletown campuses.

Create and administer strategic recruitment and enrollment plans; implement and assess activities to increase transfer student enrollment (20%)
Initiate and cultivate partnerships with external constituencies such as transfer counselors, educational advisors and other key leaders at designated colleges and universities, technical schools, corporations, nonprofits and government agencies to increase transfer student enrollment and success. (20%)
Create, update and promote CLAAS program transfer pathways, articulation agreements and other key recruitment initiatives with regional, state, and national institutions. (15%)
Direct incoming transfer support services including unofficial transcript evaluations and degree completion applicability; improves transition and referral processes. (15%)
Supervise and direct activity of professional transfer and selective advising staff to achieve transfer enrollment and completion. (15%)
Administer department budget; assess enrollment and performance data; advise Senior Director on transfer initiatives and opportunities. (10%)
Represents Miami University Regionals at university, regional and state meetings affecting target student populations; interprets and applies state and deferral laws applying to transfer; implements interprets, and updates student policies and procedures as needed. (5%)

Require: Master’s degree plus 5 years of experience in transfer, admission, advising, financial aid, registration, or other related enrollment management area; or bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated strategic planning and strategy execution success; supervisory and team leadership; familiarity with target student populations and degree completion practices. Position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.

Desire: Direct experience with transfer admission, transfer articulation, and transfer partnerships; familiarity with Ohio transfer initiatives.
