The Counseling Complex & Testing Coordinator will support the educational program of St. Xavier High School by assisting the School Counselors and College Advisors in their roles and responsibilities to the students and their families. You will also be responsible for all organizing, scheduling, and implementing standardized tests (IOWA, PSAT, ACT, AP, etc.), while serving as the link between St. Xavier High School, parents, students, and the various testing agencies.

In addition, you will perform responsibilities such as:
Assist School Counselors & College Advisors with all administrative needs
Assist walk-in students
Secure records and create student folders, including maintenance and disposal of files and documents
Prepare, post, and distribute student counselor/advisor assignments and office information
Submit transcripts and materials for College Credit Plus, NCAA/NAIA, scholarship applicants, etc.
Maintaining and updating NCAA/NAIA websites, Canvas courses, etc. as directed
Work closely with the Scoir platform and its data – inputting information for all grade levels including transcripts
Serve as the main contact for college representative visit
Assist College Advising team with coordination of parent and student programming
Maintain office bulletin boards and assist with compiling information for office communications (i.e. Principal’s Weekly, College Bound Connection newsletters, Canvas courses etc.)
Compile and update data for annual senior profile and school profile documents
Serve as primary testing coordinator and link between the College Board/ACT, St. Xavier High School, Ohio Board of Education, Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Students, Parents, and other stakeholders in organizing, scheduling, communicating, and implementing all aspects of standardized testing.  This includes, but not limited to, the PSAT, ACT, IOWA, Advanced Placement, etc.

Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret student data
Exhibit flexibility with regard to decision-making, daily challenges, and job duties
Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity
Work as a “team player”
Spanish speaking ability preferred
