The division of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) is focused on service excellence to recruit, enroll and graduate highly qualified students and improve access, affordability, diversity, inclusion, and success. The hired employee will perform a critical support role in these efforts and will support Enrollment Services and the Office of Recruitment and Admission. Reporting to the Associate Director of Recruitment and Admission, the purpose of this position is to execute the daily processes and data entry that directly supports all levels of the admission cycle. This person will ensure efficient processing, with a focus on data quality, of incoming domestic undergraduate applications to the university (including first-year, transfer, UD Sinclair Academy, and Columbus State applications).
Additionally, this position will be responsible for assisting staff with mail sorting, opening, and coding, scanning and attaching scanned images to student records (indexing), running daily or weekly reports, and managing action steps such as merging or editing student records, performing data entry to create new student records, and providing internal support for special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Office of Recruitment and Admission.
