Cincinnati State Technical and Community College invites applications for the position of full-time, CRM Manager. The Manager will support the development and execution of the new CRM system for Admissions and work closely with IT to launch the CRM in 2023; and support the maximum utilization of the system for prospective students, applicants, and staff.  The Manager will serve as the in-house expert and technical correspondent with the vendor and relevant internal constituents. The Manager will lead projects that support the application of annual updates, documentation for system enhancements and overall oversight of the CRM.

The CRM Manager will exercise independent judgement and must possess excellent attention to detail. He/She must have general knowledge of user experience requirements for effectiveness and a solid data orientation to create dashboards and reports from the CRM. General technical aptitude and abilities are essential (SQL and HTML) and prior experience in higher education working with a CRM (or launching a CRM) is preferred.
