Responsible for the design, configuration, and administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and its related applications and dependencies in an enterprise environment. Works directly with Senior Associate Director of Admissions, as well as Project Managers, Developers, Data Stewards, and Security/Access Management in Information Services (IS), to maintain CRM daily operations and data integrity of the CRM. Collaborates with Admissions Office staff, academic units and student services offices to ensure the CRM functionality meets the business needs and keeps pace with technological changes. Possesses an intermediate understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities. Reports to Senior Associate Director of Admissions. Salesforce Administrator Certification, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
