The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, seeks to hire two (2) entry-level Admissions Counselors to join our team.  Responsibilities include management of an assigned domestic travel territory, application evaluation and review, interacting and engaging with prospective first-year students and their families, and serving as a member of the office’s campus visit team, which manages our in-person and virtual visitation portfolio.

In addition, each position will travel to an assigned domestic recruitment territory for 6-weeks during the fall semester and 1-2 weeks during the spring semester.  As a member of the staff, presentations to visitors, occasionally work on Saturdays in the fall and spring (1-2/term), and reviewing a docket of 750-1,000 applications during “reading season” will be required.

Since both positions are entry-level, applicants can have between 0-2 years of work experience in college admissions or a similar setting.  Solid interpersonal skills and familiarity with various Microsoft applications are preferred.
