About the job:

The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management will provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the establishment and implementation of institutional initiatives relating to student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management. The Director of Admissions and Enrollment directs and manages the various component activities of the recruitment and enrollment management process and function including professional development and compliance for all staff, ensuring that processes support integrated and effective approaches supporting the overall goals and enrollment goals objectives of all academic departments and programs.
They work to ensure that the institutional strategy for recruitment and
admission services align with the mission, vision, values, and strategic direction of the College and is responsible for developing and managing all recruitment and enrollment goals to maximize enrollment and tuition revenues.

Qualifications:

*Masters in related field required; doctorate preferred

*Five or more years of experience in higher education recruitment, admission, marketing, and enrollment management

* Effective leadership and management experience

* Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills

*Valid Driver’s License
