Director, Outreach and Recruitment

The Ohio State University invites applications for the Director of Outreach and Recruitment in the Undergraduate Admissions. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost of University Admissions, the Director of Outreach and Recruitment leads a team of 31 full-time staff members, as well as seasonal and student employees, in all aspects of recruitment of new first-year, transfer, and international students on the Columbus campus. The director will develop and manage recruitment strategy plans and direct and engage a talented outreach and recruitment team. The director will champion technology solutions for the area and be actively engaged in systems best practices and decisions.

The target hiring salary is $99,000 – $133,000. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
