The University of Dayton is seeking an energetic and innovative Regional Enrollment Manager who is passionate about guiding students and families in the college search process. This position will report to the Director of Regional Recruitment and Admission, and is expected to be based in a home office located in northeast Ohio. The Regional Enrollment Manager will work collaboratively to build upon a strong presence and recognition in northeast Ohio and in other assigned recruitment territories to recruit students to the University of Dayton. Evidence-based practices will lead intentional and strategic efforts to maximize efforts within the territory. This position will manage an assigned territory through high school visits, college fair representation, hosting timely and relevant event experiences and individual appointments with students, families, and school counselors. The Regional Enrollment Manager will advise students and families through the admission and financial aid process.
A successful individual will approach their work with creativity to develop innovative solutions to increase the understanding of the value of a University of Dayton experience. This individual will collaborate closely with the Office of Recruitment and Admission staff to respond to questions and needs of students, parents and other external constituents. The successful individual will have experience building relationships with diverse audiences. Professional responsibilities include, timely follow up with students, families, external partners within the territory, support to the Office of Recruitment and Admission through staff scheduling of phones, emails, virtual appointments, and some marquee on-campus events. This position will manage the coordination and execution of regionally based events with strategic audiences of parents, admitted students and alumni.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in college admission, financial aid, and/or student services.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, can work independently, and have excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship management skills.
Valid driver’s license with less than six points.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree with 3 or more years of experience in college admission, financial aid, and/or student services at the high school or college level. Knowledge and sensitivity to Catholic and Marianist principles of education and values.
Demonstrated experience working with families, students, and external partners of diverse backgrounds.
Experience with common student enrollment systems/relational databases, such as Banner and Salesforce.
Strong oral communication skills including presentations.
Previous experience evaluating international academic credentials.
Ability to lead training and development sessions focused on recruitment strategies to support strategic populations
