Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President Enrollment Management. This position is responsible for providing leadership and administrative oversight of School for Professional Studies. The Director will collaborate with administration, faculty and instructional design staff to develop new online degree programs to meet the emerging needs of adult learners.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise the operation of the School of Professional Studies
• Cultivate and enhances relationships and articulation agreements with corporations/businesses and partner institutions
• Supervise the review of academic records of students for the purpose academic progress
• Recommend and implement strategies to meet enrollment goals for adult and online students, as well as initiation and implement new continuing education offerings.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Vice President of Marketing to create communication strategies that will effectively promote School for Professional Studies programs including – direct mail, social media campaigns, emails, etc…
• Participate in recruitment activities
• Monitor and develop strategies to enhance student persistence and graduation rate
• Oversee the evaluation of transfer credits for prospective students
• Advise students on submission and coordinate the evaluation process of prior-learning credit portfolios
• Guide and monitor revenue and expenses and annual operating budgets for the School for Professional Studies programs
• Oversee data and reporting of enrollment and retention for the School for Professional Studies

Requirements:

• A professional background in higher education (5+ years), preferably experience-growing enrollment of distance, online and/or adult learners
• Experience working with non-traditional learner
• Experience in online recruitment and prior-learning credit assessment strongly preferred
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Preferred experience with mainframe systems BANNER (SIS) and Salesforce EnrollmentRX (CRM)
